Most contractors I have used have left bags of garbage for me, or debris all over the floor.

Scott, but I don't think you can buy beer with food stamps in any state, it would be illegal and it would be the store in the bag with the buyer here.

I've had a few "all-star" tenants over the years.My best tenant was an older black man who had been taken advantage of for many years by dirt bag landlords who would rip him off and overcharge for petty things.

For me it's a mixed bag; when it's the "high season" - April through Sept, I've been getting people jumping on showings same day or the next day at the latest.

It's a 1970s  neighborhood that is being revitalized--so a mixed bag as far as the houses there.

This is used to store gardening tools used for yard maintenance and other miscellaneous items; hoses that I remove from faucets and store away during the winter, my left over bag of concrete for those quick DIY jobs, ladders, etc. 

More red tape, but ensures authenticity.

We provide a large trash can with hefty garbage bags and offer to dispose of their trash for them if they clean out the unit in a timely manner.
