@Billy Maloney Yes, we all have to deal with F.E.A.R (false evidence appearing real). :-)  The difference is trusting in yourself anyway, in spite of it, and stepping out.  

I close with about 7 or 8 title companies and lawyers and have about the same amount of agents I worked with so I know when the name is false.. 

When they jump the grounded (neutral) and grounding conductors its called a "false ground".

This could be due to extra responsibilities, extra cost, false perceptions, or mis-education.

I think the slight up-tick in prices really was a false increase in price by hungry zealous wanna be investors over bidding the last 6 months.

I've been in this game long enough to realize most of that is false information.

Seller then sues you on several fronts, tortious interference, loss of sale, filing a false lien can be criminal!  

The important thing is that you don't lock up the property under false pretenses as others have described.

I think we've resolved the 60 day issue with the Seller but now she is requesting I waive all my contingencies TOMORROW which is before I've even had any home inspections done - completely absurd.
