@Billy Maloney Yes, we all have to deal with F.E.A.R (false evidence appearing real). :-)  The difference is trusting in yourself anyway, in spite of it, and stepping out.

I close with about 7 or 8 title companies and lawyers and have about the same amount of agents I worked with so I know when the name is false..

I think we've resolved the 60 day issue with the Seller but now she is requesting I waive all my contingencies TOMORROW which is before I've even had any home inspections done - completely absurd.
