We've recently closed on a SFH in Royal Oak, MI that we intend to keep as a buy and hold.

In 2014,My wife and I went to Mexico, we were talked into going to a presentation with Royal Holiday, After a pressure sales presentation for 6 hours we purchased a membership.

As an ex-realtor, I can vouch that working with buyers is a royal pain.

I'm a Canadian resident investing in the US.

I am a Canadian citizen with a rental property in Warner Robins.
