Some fresh paint, sure easy enough; but new flooring, kitchen and bathroom-that is going to cost a lot and isn't worth it to up the rent by $50 a month unless you are buying it under market value and will make the money back when you sell it.

@Alazar WubetDo what your architect saysYou need to test for lead paint and typically other hazardous materials such as asbestos and hot mastics.Even though you are removing it, if it’s hot it needs to be handled differently (and cost a lot more money) because it’s hazardous material and you just cannot remove it and throw it in the dumpster
