If i was you I would most certainly STR these properties or seek to secure Mid term rental clients by calling local insurance companies to see if they have any clients looking for temporary housing.

In the main parts of the city and surrounding areas there are not many new housing starts so the signs point to a temporary decline in rents and slower to rent units.
