My plan has been to purchase a single family home semi near campus, hoping to easily appeal to college students.

There has been a lot of interest in Fernley because of the Tesla Semi truck factory near by.

I just met with one of the developers of the old baseball stadium and they demo’d an entire semi pro stadium in a week wanting to get in ground in a hurry.I would check out the Iron Bound, Halsey street,  etc in DT.  

Personally, I handle the AC cleaning coordination for our semi-annual cleanings. 

I live in Greenwood, SC, which is semi rural and am from Myrtle Beach. 

And if you took the middle road and bought a new, semi-custom tract house, it’ll still cost you about $50,000 more than a previously owned homeA house is way too big of a financial responsibility to make a wrong choice here.

I’ve been semi retired So tax returns show minimal Net income.

BRRRRs & Flips are prominent right now and it's a great market because it's still semi-under the radar.
