I just ran CL ads "I buy mobiles" I put up bandit signs outside parks I Had a CL alert set up to tell me whenever a mobile under $5k was for sale Talking to people in parks in your best bet Sending a post card mailing to parks you like My first one I bought he found ym CL ad- he had it listed with a realtor for $26,500.
