I personally advocate for new agents to do what they think is best for them and find a broker/team that will support their goals, don’t join someone looking to use you to fulfill their goals.

With it being April, I figured we may be able to draw out closing to June and then fulfill the "reasonable timeframe" occupancy requirement by September 2015 (one year from the time we bought our current property).Has anyone had a similar experience or have insight in how this deal may go if I apply for a loan?

It was slightly tongue in cheek since obviously fulfilling your 1 year occupancy and getting another property means it would take 10 years to get those properties and by that point you will probably be looking to other loan options due to better terms ect.

He technically has already voided it by not fulfilling his side of the terms but I will continue to be patient in hoping that it can still work out.
