No serious professional is going to not want a free pair of legs bringing them deals!!

Looking to pair up with an investor or wholesaler, just to learn and assist in any way possible.

I am interested in buying a pair of duplexes that are side-by-side on the same property.  

If I personally has 200k I would pair it with hard money.

I have come across a pair of 8-plex’s that, on the surface, appear like a good opportunity.

It's a little tougher right now because the US dollar is strong compared to other currencies so you will find less small to medium institutions looking to invest in the US.

If anybody here is or knows a good broker please let me know.Also just looking to do some more net working, I'm available during school hours, so if any body would like to get together for lunch or coffee, maybe you need help with a renovation budget for a flip or maybe you would like a second pair of eyes for a home inspection let me know I would like to get involved in the local investing community. 

This isn't to say that because of this they are all "legal & conforming" however, this pair of buildings (sold as a bundle) are.In regards to the condo part of this, I didn't know much about it until the last day or two after doing some deep diving into the statutes.

Next recession will be a currency crisis.

If it's buy and hold, currency flutuation don't matter that much...who knows our dollar might be back at $.61 in 10 years and then I'll be glad I bought when I did...
