On the exterior of the house, driveways and landscaping are good ways of adding curb appeal and pop to your high-end flip.

Also provide images of the curb appeal.

It's a reasonable exchange to me to keep up curb appeal and external costs.

I would consider it curb appeal for the country.

So, if you think $20/hour is fair, you can reasonably ask for another 3 hours or so of his time for yardwork, hauling garbage cans to the curb, etc.Anyway, just a thought.

Those guys are worth paying late fees too.It's a tough job, and I'm all for kicking the bad ones to the curb, but to say they do nothing other than collect a check isn't exactly accurate.

As their stuff was being carried to the curb I tried to explain it to the 6'3" 250# 19yo weight lifter (not the point your thinking) why his and his 18yo special needs brother's stuff was being placed in the street.
