@Nitin Shrawagi I'm no attorney but i came across same topic before here in BP forums, and was told it was a chronic/gradual water damage issue such as ignored pipe problems causing slow seepage over time will typically not be covered regardless of the cause.But let's hope someone here can help you. following.

Do you understand the area's strengths and weaknesses, potential for growth? 

At the same time, you have now been shown a weak point in your system so figure how to not allow that section to freeze again. 

Maybe I 'did it wrong', plus we had weak CPAs in prior years but have found a great one now.

IULs do not suffer the same problems as the old interest sensitive contracts, and you're unlikely to lose a lot of money in them (if any), but they do have their weaknesses.

Understand their weaknesses and strengths. 

I worked for both big banks and community banks and both have their strengths and weaknesses, but I lean toward community banks.

If your network of exceptional people is small/weak then you could have a rough time at EXP.

You'll also want to closely consider what your goals are, what your strengths and weaknesses are, what you want from a mentor, what types of things you're able to do for a mentor, etc.

You will most likely get a cheap 6-7mm product that has a very weak locking mechanism.
