Bill Kramer a while back in this thread also talked about having a straight six-inch drop from the bottom of the sink to help with that, I have maybe a five inch drop to the trap in that sink, note I cleverly never acknowledged that yeah, that's part of the problem, too.

There are annual gift limits, like $15k.It can be more than $15k in 1 year if paperwork is filled out,  reducing it from lifetime (federal) allowable, but it still needs to be acknowledged

I guess a good problem to have, but sending big checks to the IRS is a tough pill to swallow after taking losses for years.The IRS acknowledges that cost segregation had been increasing due to bonus depreciation from the TCJA.
