I've seen a couple of properties in Springfield especially with a sign from the county, something along the lines of "this property is an environmental hazard due to lead, unsafe for human occupancy, especially for children under the age of 6 and pregnant women..."

There were young women working in other offices that could be working late at night.

There are also about 600 calendars of scantily clad women doing construction work floating around the Midwest. 

There were clothes and random trash/belongings strung all throughout the house. 

Work clothes, under a sink with plumbers putty and pipe dope on my hands. 

Doctors take advantage of us because we do not have the knowledge of what medicine is make for what, people in china, Shri lanka, Vietnam , and south American are using us because they know we will pay them a higher price than it cost them to make clothes etc, etc.

You can now deduct they clothing, toys, etc because they have money.

Forget abut real estate, concentrate on women.

Clearly, this women has something in her background she thinks will disqualify her, why not just make her tell you the truth and then make your decision.
