If your local municipality has an online court records, go to their website and look up both criminal and civil histories.

I keep monitoring the properties in the Cleveland Heights area (where we are looking to buy) on Zillow and other web sites but I am sure there are other ways of finding properties.

You can also print out the tracking information from the USPS website too.Given this, if a tenant asked for money back a year and a half later, I'd ignore the request.

Facebook is the last place you want to find private money. whats unfortunate is real estate professionals are still advertising to us newbies Facebook is the place to find the lender.What’s even more unfortunate, @April Smalls, is that newbies are falling for it.A few years ago, someone created a fake website that impersonated our company.
