I see I made a major deficiency in purchasing my current property with the age of the key items, e.g. gas furnaces, water heaters, washer/dryers, refrigerators, stoves, plumbing, electrical, etc.

Tenants would be only allowed to connect washer dryer combo that would be vent less or washing machine?

Some have even been willing to transfer washer machine to their house or a property we can hook up and run.

@Paul Sandhu I can't blame her, if I was her I'd probably tell you the same thing!  

And they do cost around $100.00 to show up and change a washer on a faucet, a leak under the sink etc.

Is it possible to take a regular washer / dryer and put a coin-operation part on to it?

For example, I have homes that include a washer/dryer but we make it clear to everyone that they are free to use them but are responsible for repairing or replacing if they ever break.

I've gotten some hesitation that it's a duplex, no central air, and shared washer/dryer & basement.
