All of my customers in NJ, NY, CT, CA, WA and other states are all buying in those states as well as a few others.The price to cash flow ratio is going to be better in those states as well as having a higher inventory of both single family and multifamily rental homes.

For example Washington DC limits building height which is dumb.

I am 19, and currently a second-year college student pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

We live in the greater Seattle area, WA, and just got pre-approved for a loan.

I am a licensed GC in WA state and I am required to maintain a $30,000 bond which is for instances just like this.

Compared to  CA AZ NV OR WA which is very cut and dry..

It will be interesting to see if the Commission imposes these light but annoying administrative penalties fairly. 

My end goal is to house hack a multifamily home in Washington State as my Primary Residence.
