FCI is big (160 employees) and their portal may seem like overkill, but they have their systems down and they are responsive.

U need to talk to a local that does septic systems  just like a good well driller they will know the areas generally that are a problem..

You need a solid proven system to find the deals.  

My question about the 10K club is why do we need 40+ ways to find deals when he states that his system does it for us?
