My main purpose, in regards to Bigger Pockets, is to soak in as much useful information as I can, and then apply it towards my first purchase.Well, thank you for your time, everybody, and for those involved, thank you for providing a venue for people such as myself to further themselves and perhaps begin to develop a future in real estate.

This will be an amazing venue to network and learn.

When you take into account all the marketing and advertising it takes to fill rooms, the venue costs, staffing, guests prizes and gifts, i can see why all the other events charge a fortune!

I have always had aspirations of becoming an investor, in faCt I do it in a smaller venue with gold and silver coins, but my goal has always been real estate investing.

We met a La Carreta's in Mandeville this evening, but they are looking for another venue for the next meeting that is quieter. 

@Aaron Litzenberg  that's one way to do it.... but you have to bring value in those venues.. and be careful that the movers and shakers don't abuse you and your time.. as they have nothing to lose sending you out scouting for them.

In town locations that are walk-able to restaurants and bars (or wedding venues)3.

Over the past few years my wife and I have been kicking around the idea of starting a reception hall venue near our home in central Wisconsin.  

I am really glad they started this venue.
