They say by 2028 the percentage will be closer to 30-40% of people. based on those numbers 500k plus 3 mil plus I suspect less than 2% of all folks in the US would qualify and maybe less than 1%..

The other way to lower PITIA is to get a lower insurance quote but this is marginal since most insurance carriers are all priced to market efficiently (insurance accuraries have low margin of error or variability).Stated the problem and the solution to your FHA inquiries, any thoughts questions comments, lets goooo....
