The three properties referenced above: a) one turns into a mid-term allowing me to get higher than normal rents that cover everything; b) one turns into a short term; c) the third I focus on getting the highest dollar with short fall of may $100 per month and planning to raise rents in the next few years to cover that eventually.Problems: I have been a long time airbnb user.

This would qualify the property for long-term capital gains treatment. also, if you command decent rents, it’s going to help you flip that property at a higher price point with solid tenants.I also agree with the sentiment that if you decide to flip it and pay tax that’s a good problem to have because it means you made money on your flip and that’s the goal!

Can you tell me how/where to get the free account because when I went to their site, I only see that there's a free trial for 15 days and then after the trial, the least costly account is their Starter Package which is $10 / user / month (billed annually), or $12 / user / monthly.
