If you really need to resolve this issue: (1) get on the phone with their lender to understand the situation; (2) cash deal - you could get something on letterhead from bank and call to confirm, or get an attorney representation for the same.In my opinion, this issue can to some degree resolved by contract terms.

Private placements are inherently risky by that very fact - they are not regulated or audited  to the degree that a publicly traded company is.  

@Shilough Coy Most lenders want to see a universal cash flow but I've never heard of a lender wanting all of the cash flow to be in the same LLC.

LVP should not be installed above 80 degrees or below 55 degrees.
