I unintentionally paid for a lot of lessons (MISTAKES) by shooting before assuming and doing enough EDUCATED homework first! 

We had 12 applicants for the property (which means I unintentionally underpriced it) but there was a mini-bidding war so we were able to get a little more than we asked.

I can only imagine what would happen the moment an AirBNB guest accidentally broke something, was unintentionally loud, arrived at 11:00 at night and made some noise or what have you.Offering some dirty, filthy money in exchange for increased opportunities to make yourself even wealthier (like Scrooge McDuck doing the back stroke in a pile of gold coins), will not be received well.  

I will actually have to give up my Deposit even if this was totally unintentional?

I am happy the grandmother was there because she unintentionally brought light to some things I wouldn't have noticed.

As humans we all have unintentional bias, but reading the statistical trends will provide the most valuable feedback for you. 

Before I give my 2 cents however, I need a soapbox moment :) I think there is an innate tendency (myself included at times), to "bash" ideas and thoughts that we don't agree with, perhaps unintentionally, but nonetheless haphazardly and often in an exaggerated manner in an attempt to demonstrate our greater knowledge.

Burning your bridges behind you, even unintentionally, may not serve you well.

Look up "Tort Law" intentionally causing a financial loss to another (ha, intentional or unintentional, doesn't matter!).
