I have started to added fines because "eviciton" should be the last measure not the only measure if you violate the lease.

The clause about needing lender written consent on any lease modifications could be taken to mean the lender having to grant permission to adding an addendum to permit one more cat, or to swap out a refrigerator, and the subordination clause could be taken to the extent where the bank terminates leases upon posession.I also asked about including the CAR clause on estoppel p to my lease, and she said I could, but just know it wouldn't be enforceable in Florida.
