I tend to use The Red Pill Investor Scripts for wholesaling (which you can find in the Marketplace for a FREE Download!).

New agents get sold junk at these conventions on the hopes that it will be the magic pill to make them all this money.

An example is wire fraud, a common charge as brokers or RE types use depository accounts and money runs through title companies to transact illegal transactions.Before you jump out of RE, take some pills or have a stiff drink, might consider some more education. :)            

Taking pills in this country is a huge problem as people are masking the pain and not getting to the root of the issue because they do not want to face it.

Karl Krentzel (Red Pill Investor) says that if you have a Real Estate License, they are not illegal since you pay the City for the priveledge of posting signs to buy and sell houses.

In The Red Pill Podcast and TenMinuteSkill  I teach that wholesaling (aka "Assignment of Contract") should be a part of every Realtors® "toolbox" of skills.For Realtors®, the Code of Ethics is very clear.  

I would be glad to chat or walk you through this, it isnt that hard, there is no magic pill, just hard work and perseverance.
