So Just spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica,  stayed in three different towns all on west cost.  

Maybe that company name will ring a bell for some people.If not, can anyone provide some advice when dealing with new construction builders who provide properties to investors for rentals? 

If you’re using financing, this situation might also influence lender decisions.I have many rentals in Jacksonville FL and have had to evict three tenants.
