I'd recommend north of Orlando along the boarder of Seminole County or South by the attractions in Kissimmee/Champions Gate (however I find the Disney areas fairly saturated, to get a deal in the just start making offers on numbers that work for you).

If you can only get about the same rent as another complex down the road that has a fee $200 less but no tennis courts and rec center it is obvious where you should buy.
