Charge $50 to parents and grandparents to teach whatever they want to learn on iphone (or andoid). 

The problem in school is the poor way they teach basic math, Algebra, and Geometry. 

Is there someone I can pay to teach me? 

Combine those facts and it seems logical families will opt to continue renting in the city longer in lieu of perhaps buying a starter home and they grow out of the apartment style housing units.
