Maybe so, but it seems that a "watchtower" style house would appraise.

Hello BP,  I wanted to share some success stories of three of my clients who bought homes to renovate and then rent out STR-style. 

wholesaling like we see back east is justs really starting in earnest here in PDX  in regards to wholesalers approaching agents.. and of course resi agents here have no clue about this whole underworld of  wholesaling East cost style i will call it..
