I’ve been listening to podcasts and am currently reading The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop, which has been really informative.One area I’m struggling with is deal analysis.

But so many of us struggle to get the funds for our first few deals and no one really talks much about how to get funds... 

You struggle with managing relationships and understanding human behavior, go read some of your own posts.

If you are struggling for payments, taking out more to do renos is a bad move, especially to hopefully add value to the house (not all renos are necessary or add value to the home).Give us the numbers for what you are paying for the HELOC. 

And what I'm seeing is the bigger cabins are struggling for rents and also for prices in terms of sales. 

I believe many in your shoes also struggle to differentiate between mortgage debt and unsecured debt such as  credit cards.

I struggled with getting property manager since I'm remote and low-renting tenants. 

When the underwriter has to sift through operating agreements to determine who the members are and struggles to understand who possesses ownership interests that trigger that particular lenders guarantee requirement you are doing yourself more harm than you are good. 

If not, then unless this lot is .99 you are going to struggle to get it sold.

It was a struggle that opened my eyes and allowed me to realize that I needed to do something to make sure my family, loved ones and I didn’t have to work so hard for nothing in the end.
