I own an HOA management company in Hoboken and it's led me down this thinking-path as well.

It is a lofty goal with no easy path to accomplishment, but what you describe seems unlikely to accomplish the goal.Note most people on this site are RE investors.  

That path does not end up in a good place. 

That may be the path for a year or two while you figure this out.

When you celebrate success and prioritize building relationships, you'll find that your network expands, your reputation soars, and the path to wealth becomes even more prosperous.

That will help people advise paths to take.  

From the now, much lower, valuation, you have a path to recouping your capital over the next 5-7 years, but this is a disaster.
