I would stop short of saying I found the inflection point of optimality and being pragmatic. 

@Kyle Atans  or PHX when building stopped dead cold and they deported half the construction workers who happened to be 80% of the tenant base.. same with central CA building stopped  no deportation though :)I just bought in Vegas for semi retirement and tax purposes I kind of like were it sits now.. but no question your timing of that market was impeccable.. !!! 

They seem to just stop at being physically violent. 

I stopped charging pet rent, or deposits, I just raise the heck out of normal damage deposit if I sense a animal is coming. 

Stop with the gadgets, the AI and all the crap out there that offers you "shortcuts" for lead generation.THERE  ARE NO SHORTCUTS.The reason I am successful generating leads and most of you are not is because I did the gaahdamn work, the research, the testing, the tweaking and I perfected this.

People should stop applying sale of goods theories to it.    

There was also a large plot of land when it looks like something maybe in underconstruction but stopped....I really do hope Niagara Falls revitalizes.
