just start generating leads and start talking to people and when you’re not doing that educate yourself also hire a mentor just basically get active..

There will be many situations where you can help a homeowner save their home -  however, in other situations they just want to sell quickly which provides a wholesale, fix/flip, buy/hold opportunity for you. 

My two cents: get a job and HUSTLE right out of school and create some income and save up some capital.

Honestly with an interest rate like that you could even not pay off your primary and put any excess capital in a high yields savings account and be financially further in the long term.

It's the safest way to start and it's a guaranteed profit when you get the right deal!

Bottom line, it’s not impossible, but definitely challenging for someone just getting started.
