staples still remaining from previous installs?

Hi Jennifer,My wife usually gets ours from Staples or Office Max.

I grew up south if Staples. 

You might have to search the Internet or an office supply store (like Staples) to find a Note that you like better.

Welcome Edward, To anwser your question about bandit signs, make your own signs get the materail from Staples, Office Depot, or Walmart cost a few bucks per sign Saves time and money.

@Doug Pretorious uses this approach as a staple in his portfolio.I would challenge that you need to vet the tenant/buyer even more carefully than if they were just a renter - not only do you want to ensure they can pay the rent, but that they can pay the option price and will be able to obtain financing to purchase the property before the end of the option period.  

I grew up on roofs, would carry boxes of nails up to the guys...yes, that was before staples...and would sit in the shade and cut the shingles to run the ridge lines.

Same could apply for pre-printed standard forms via Staples/Office Depot.
