I'm sure they do a great job, just adding some food for thought. 

If you want to talk risk, put down the PE talk for a second and look at commercial real estate, inflation, higher defaults, forever wars, growing china dependence and the economy and tell me that real estate would not be effected equally across the entire board when the house of cards fall, yet dividen stocks (this is a fact) tend to out perform the rest of the market due to hardships not really keeping people from drinking coke and eating at fast food chains.

I don't know anything about them or their services, but here is some food for thought.

I think should like second one: no obvious food and removable oily thing on bottom, side or any place.

We Nebraskans love our mid tier local fast food.

I also have automated emails that go out to the client. a week before, they get one with area information on food and entertainment, then they get one with check-in information.

I as a REI was a contrarian. 2010,11,12 it was about a false bottom, false recovery, and that the dollar was about to go to $0, a W recovery, and the country falling apart and that one should be prepping, buying food packs NOT doing REI.     

I agree that's true but kind of a mute point imo... if you're concerned with the pex leaching chemicals then you should be concerned with the piping that city water travels in before reaching your pex lines and the quality of the city tap water in general.... as well as anything you drink that's bottled and any food that's bagged in plastic even those labelled as food safe which have been shown to leach chemicals.

You end up paying double.Just some food for thought from an REI and bookkeeping firm owner.I'm happy to discuss more and get into the weeds.
