Hi @Rafael Ro,I completely get where you’re coming from, and it sounds like you’ve done a lot of thoughtful research.

It sounds like every state would be different then.

Again, if your $250k is true, and includes all the electrical upgrades, new plumbing runs, potentially new foundation pour (since I assume the existing garage slab is not capable of supporting a new two story house), I am guessing since I don't know the market, but assume you will have a lot of equity by completing the project.

However, it sounds like you are confused about the different types of auctions that exist on Auction.com. 

I would also advise doing your own inspection of the property to make sure that everything that they say is being done is actually completed and to code and that there shouldn't be any surprise maintenance costs at the beginning.
