People tend to fall in love with nice hardwoods as well if you can find a place where there's hardwoods underneath the carpet waiting to be refinished that's a nice bonus.

Parcel is 0% stones, level, north-facing and totally shaded, soil class is Rains and Grifton but we'd most likely engineer a raised bed if that is appropriate for the plants and parcel.

Payment was made promptly to repair the damages but new carpet & padding was just placed on top to cover the extent of damages underneath without actually repairing.There was water leaking at the front of the home.
