How do you balance the wants vs. needs game while still enjoying life today?

I am new to the real estate game.

Oakland, Berkeley, San Diego the rules will likely be, or has already been,  changed mid game so the 15 year limit is not reality.  

It's a game to inflate each other's posts.Your DMs are probably absolutely stuffed right now.

I’m Julian, been in the game a few years now, grounded in Omaha but I’ve ended up helping investors find their footing in places like San Antonio, Austin, and Phoenix too.

A borrower really needs to have at least some "skin in the game" to make lenders feel comfortable.

This is my first property so of course it's harder to keep my head in the game with %100 vacancy. 

It has taken the last 6 months of the year to come to terms with an essentially game changing mindset: "Track the input and let the effort determine the outcomes"Initially I wanted reach a goal of $100,000 in a year wholesaling real estate.
