'A' is relatively newly built with a full amenity package: typically resort level pool, fitness center, dog park, in unit washer and dryer, playgound(s) if mostly family area, maybe covered parking/garages, etc.  

You can snow ski at Mt Humphreys near Flagstaff one day, and tube the salt river near Phoenix the next - Either very hot, or very cold - not a lot of in between unless you want to live more rural.  

I’m looking to buy a property in a ski town and it is considered a CondoTel and thus does not qualify for traditional financing.  

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood on Massanutten Resort, making it the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

You get email offering Vega’s room for $x (the x being a function of how much they believe you will spend,the more they think you will spend the lower the price for the room), but you get there and there is a large resort fee (in addition to the various taxes).  

It's great to want to learn to [ski, mountain bike, kayak, or whatever]. 

price $124k it’s in a resort, highly sought after especially in summer season.

@Jay Hinrichs Yes, I got mine back and my Accountant took it that same year, saved the next one for this year, which offset my taxes both years- very helpful to keep for the years where I made more money than others.Yes, I am a Realtor in both Charlotte, NC and in Charleston, SC- I own a three bedroom short term vacation rental in the Wild Dunes resort just outside of the Charleston Penninsula in nearby Isle of Palms, SC- that's the one that I did the Cost Seg on that saved $278 K.

It’s also great to identify desirable locations within the resorts - homes with private views or near the clubhouse.
