We also have infrastructure in place at a build site for a 3rd unit on property.

I'll take any and all advice any of you have, but the two things I'm looking for specifically are: what sites, services, and/or software you use and recommend for sceening and managing tenants? 

There is a web site that lists all the section 8 housing, so people might be also be looking there. 

If anyone on this site knows of a state like that please tell me.

Hey Elizabeth, this is a great site to network.

Alerts I set up through sites like Realtor.com or Zillow. 

Then go to the different sites that come up and find where it says contact and then send them a message asking them to add you to their buyers list. 

This could include computer delays, the inability to reach the site, creating a late filing, and subsequent penalties.

The reason I say this is that I just hired a handyman off one of these sites, they did some great work for me and the guy is doing handyman work and working semi-full-time.
