And I have to thank a late-night Dave Del Dotto commercial for getting me interested in real estate He had a winery within 300 feet of my front door in Napa.. spent many a late after noon sipping cab and talking early day RE..his winery is know as Del Blatto  they tend to over serve  LOL.. and he is eclectic to the extreme..
