Also I host a monthly event called the Triangle Deal Maker Sessions (DMS for short) where wholesalers present non-MLS properties.

HOA boards, typically eager to get along with management, are unwilling to rein in the management company charges.Before the most recent session of the Texas Legislature, my state representative, Tony Dale, was kind enough to meet with me to discuss these fees, but he declined to do anything about them.

This means from April to July it stays busy and the rest of the year drops off like a rock because families do not want to move when school is in session. 

I went to my 1st REIA meeting.....I felt like I was at a guru session, guy wanted $1000 for a 3 day class on how to be a REI....I met with an attorney, next is a loan officer.

Of course nothing is safe as long as congress is is session but I've got clients all over who are using the hold then convert to primary plan as their retirement vehicle.
