Median Sale Price for the Townhome/Condo segment was also way up from last January, at 15.2%, showing $124,450 for January 2016 versus $108,000 for January 2015.

Perhaps the buyers will change their minds, perhaps they won't feel you gave them exactly what they wanted, perhaps the market will drop, and if you've done renovations that aren't marketable to a wide segment of buyers, you may have to do a new renovation to resell.If you do move forward as the "builder," I highly recommend you work with a knowledgeable attorney to get a rock-solid contract, get a big deposit, and make sure the numbers work in your favor at all points in the process.

Within the partner agreement, each company has different responsibilities within that agreement.When I started this job 18 months ago, I was brought on to help grow the new segment of our business and throughout that time, most of my responsibilities were within the confines of what my current employer is obligated to do with the partner agreement and as a result, for the last 18 months I have been paid only my current employer.However; with my recent promotion, my duties are now split between the two companies responsibilities and I am now paid equally between the two.
