@Michael Baum Thank you, I didn't know it was Evasive but honestly thank you it seems like to alot of people that it was a bunch of jargon/mumbo jumbo and I need to be straight forward I took everyones advice and have actually been getting more replies I've only been calling and emailing landlords/apartment complexes for about a week now so I'm still green but thank you for your feed backIt's hard to show gratitude through a screen but really thank you Micheal truthfully, I will/have make more changes I definitely don't want to be evasive.

He enjoys the cash flow, has a good tenant screening process, and is OK with the tenant headaches that are going to occur.I would put it higher on the reward side of the profile, but it also is a higher amount of work and harder to scale endeavor.
