The loose plan would be to rent out one of the rooms/units and then part-time rent out the other as an airbnb rotating between living in that room (when not booked) and my camper van (when the airbnb is booked).For context I am a 25-year old and still live a rather transient life so good chance I would have to leave Denver after a year or so and would no longer be househacking it.

Why not combine kids in groups of 5, and rotate houses and tutoring duties among parents, one each day of the week.

This was a wholesale deal and so my agent did not get any money out of the deal, but I have bought 2 houses from Chad in the past, so we have a good relationship and he was a big asset.I tried to add progress pictures, but they are rotated 90 degrees when I upload them for some reason.

@Kenny ClarkAs you discovered, your down payment must be of your own means (which is why equity drawn out on a secured Line of Credit qualifies, but borrowing against an unsecured line of credit, rotating credit, etc. does not).
