I just wanted to give a quick thank you to all that have responded. 

Have never worked with them, but they respond professionally to everything posted about them here on BP and don't hide from it.

Did a responder DM you first before you reached out to them, and did the DM have a pitch (see number two)?

Beau is unprofessional and rude, Kaye gives people the brush off and Kipp doesn’t respond to owners.

We were told the offer was shared with the seller, one refused, the others never responded back.All offers we make clear that the lease is only until closing which we anticipate taking 9-10 months.

The Help Desk responds quickly when you message them.PS is for a particular type of investing, which are probably the PM, and I wonder if you are permitted to live there.
