I am a pastor and adjunct professor who desires to create residual passive income from real estate investing. 

To me, every housing market has deals to wholesale for one aspect of REI or another(for those seeking residual income, to flip, to lease/option). 

Cash-Flow is the residual you keep after paying the bills monthly.

B-I-N rep suggests if I was going to use TSP to use the substitute as the normal TSP can leave a soap residue and the primer might not adhere as well.  

Residual income to live off of without working plus a comfortable reserve for emergencies.

Also, portable units can bring great initial results when a lot of soap is used, but the residual soap collects dirt right away and the carpet looks bad again real quick.

What if your tenant cooks a lot of curry and the smell/oil residue from that gets all over the walls?

If you can find it, there are vinyl plank that have a releasable adhesive already applied to them that leave no residue if removed so you could refinish the floor at a later date should you choose.

@Steve Haight I was just meaning to add that there is virtually no buildup or residue from smoking the marijuanas.At least ... that's what I've heard.
