I assumed some would need replaced, which would be okay, but I would hate to see it all trashed.I guess in that vein though, I hear that a lot about LTRs -- the horror stories -- and we have been blessed with amazing tenants (generally) so I was thinking it would be along the same line where it would be something where you would want to charge high-end and screen intensely to try to get a tenant that just is transitioning and can benefit from the furnishings.I know that could still happen though, even with all the precautions you can take, so it's something good to consider! 

For example:-A tenant complained about the AC not cooling, so I replaced the entire unit with brand-new equipment.

It will not replace humans in any shape or form, opendoor tried it, listing spark tried it, they are the two worst companies to deal with. 

Handyman after guest vacates replaces toilet, breaks old toilet to find vape in toilet.  

AIArtificial intellect is not (at least not yet) a replacement for the actual intellect and experience.

It usually doesn't cover for full replacement of your property.

.- The bathroom flooring was covered in mold and needed to be replaced.- The kitchen sink was unsecured and fell into the kitchen cabinet.- My insurance was cancelled until I fixed roof issues.- Debris littered the recently occupied unit, the basement, and all over the back yard.As mentioned, we had an initial video walk through before the contract to purchase.

Good thoughts as we embark on this New Year.....our time is precious and should be valued way more than most people do.One of my favorite sayings - "Money is a replacable commodity, time is not"

This will lead to many of the professionals in the same industries who already are not doing that well to fall out of competition and hence be "replaced'.

If the machines are 15+ years old, I recommend getting a quote to replace them.
