Even the cheapest house I have done, I would look into replacing them. the potential buyers are going to see the laminate cabinets as a negative.If you are set on keeping them, relaxing the doors and drawers and painting might be the best way to go.

The tenant rescheduled their payment, but as it is processing over a holiday, it’s not expected to be processed and re-deposited until the 8th.

When I get a sense from my usual family and friends most of them I think got hit with huge 2023 winter holiday expenses.
