With a push to bring more manufacturing back to the U.S. and more employees returning to office work, there will be a greater need for mass transit solutions rather than building more roads lowering the quality of living if you want that SFH with a yard.

I recently saw someone turn around a three-family property there by targeting tenents like teachers and nurses.. stable professionals who value quality housing.

There’s more books available to speed up the learning curve now then there were a few years back. 

Start small and your snowball will pickup speed.1.  

Pick a market that: (a) meets this above,    (b) is a place people want to live,     (c) you have the resources to do what you do there ie PM's and quality agents. 

I had a tenant force me to pay for some dumb azz air quality test where she claimed my air was bad and making her sick.

I've called the attorney and followed up via email but they've mentioned that they are at the discretion of the court and can't do anything to speed things up.
