Are you investing your Stash into index funds and later pulling it out when you are ready to pull the trigger on a RE deal?

@Sherwin Gonzales I follow mainly a passive stock market investment strategy, investing in index funds with a low expense ratio.

Heck even the stock market has been returning 15% since 2009 (s&p 500 index with dividend reinvest) with way better liquidity. 

I would reccomend putting into index funds.

I'm a big believer in index funds.

Max your retirement accounts ( low cost index funds by Vanguard or similar) / buy more properties

I have significant amount of money invested in stock right now and reasonably trust the average index fund return rate of ~9.5% to continue (of course, been getting much higher than that the last couple years, but we're in a bit of a bubble).
